This video is meant to help you pass your exam and what is expected in an average infant. It is not meant for every single infant out there because each infant may hit each milestone at his or her own pace.

It is ESSENTIAL for your exam to understand that an infant who is not able to sit up at the age of 12 months needs to be reported. This is extremely abnormal. If an infant cannot say “mama” but babbles at the age of six months, it is not a warning sign.

Undergroud Med provides an excellent explanation along with a visual aid and bullet points underneath each image.
